Report from Ringstead

A window of opportunity, rare despite the weather. First flight, proved very lofty on the ridge, around the corner as it was SSW. Strange not a lot of lift nor height back round to the Bay, better lift and a few spirals. Then spotted the rain approaching over Portland so. back to land and a site of lunch. Rain stopped and 14 joined the fun on the cliffs until streaks appeared on the sea and it was the end of flying.

Report from White Horse

Thermic cycles only but gentle thermals to stay upper a while. One at the bottom one in the gorse, timing is of the essence.
All good fun and you learn something new every time you fly.

Report from White Horse

We got to the Horse at 1200hrs to see 2 in the air, no messages tut tut.
Good thermals although rough edged allowing a little height despite it being totally blue.
Some new flyers and some old. Please read the Site Guide about parking.

Report from Ringstead

Good day at the seaside.Even Pilots turning up from Bell which turned out disappointing for them.
Flyable all day, that's what we like.

Report from Ringstead

An interesting day at Ringers. Early start bit rough on the ridge but smooth on the cliffs, apart from the pesky Buzzard, taking too much of an interest in everybody's wings a slight thud on mine no damage, thankfully. He attacked 4 Pilots today.
Generally, a firm wind but went very west, one on the beach. One had playtime on the ridge with an extreme wing.

Report from Jurassic Coast

A good day to take off at Cogden. Many arriving late for a flight still flyable when I left 1630hrs.
Especially good to see Robin and Richie make it over Lyme Regis from beyond Sidmouth and fly down to Cogden.
Well done Jules for popping your cherry.
