Report from Maiden Castle

I thought it might be strong but I was tempted out by someone. Arrived spotted 3 in the air so marched up the hill only to be confronted by an irate dog walker whom I chose to ignore.
Spent a couple of minutes sorting my risers out. Then it was off to join the 3 making the maximum of 4 in the air.
Lulled into a false sense of steadiness when all of a sudden a 50% collapse on one side brought me back to realise its the same old MC, rough & tumble.
After regrouping and staying out front I decided to land as did others. New arrivals taking up the cudgel, still all is well that ends well.

Report from the Jurassic Coast

A day out courtesy of Jamie B, off to Beer Head in Devon Wings in the air when we arrived but lots more on T.O.
Unpacked and launched straight up up and away. Down to Sidmouth good height , and lots of lift.
Back to Beer and then Sidmouth again, went halfway across the gap but thought better of it as I saw Alan & Tom scratching back.
More Wessex Members than Condors!?

Report from Ringstead

An early start required today arrived 0845hrs Seb on launch quickly followed by yours truly.
No need to build height straight to cliffs the wind was 16mph and spot on. It gradually subsided and wind went SSW.
Allowing transit to Lulworth and back. Several enjoyed the run. An opportunity to transit Westward I made Osmington Mills and some got to PGL at Redcliffe Beach. Lots of happy faces and after 2 hours I could see wind streaks on the water and that little voice in my head said time to land.
